Princess Sophia-Alexandra of Bavaria is based in Munich, where she works with the Nymphenburg Aid Foundation. She previously served at the United Nations in New York in the Executive Office of Secretary-General António Guterres and at the World Health Organization’s UN Office, where she acted as a focal point for member states. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Criminology at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on terrorism, radicalization, and human trafficking, with a particular interest in bridging the gap between the Global North and South.
