Wang Huiyao is Founder and President of Center for China and Globalization, a leading think tank in Beijing. Dr. Wang is a Former Counselor to the State Council, the country's highest administrative authority. He also serves as Director of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation, and is a Steering Committee Member of Paris Peace Forum (PPF). He was previously appointed as the Chief Trade Representative for the Canadian Quebec Government Office in Hong Kong and Greater China, and was a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.
