Wang Qinfang is Supervisory Board Chair for the China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation (CAPIAC), and Secretary General of International Agricultural Think Tank, CAPIAC. She is also a Senior Advisor for Higentec Co., Ltd. Dr. Wang’s work focuses on agriculture and food security as well as the policy research and management of agricultural biotechnology. Over the last 40 years, she has held various positions at the International Rice Research Institute, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and other organizations in China and abroad.
