University of Chicago Student Delegation Visits Xi'an and Shanghai

The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy delegation visits the famous Terracotta Army in Xi'an in March 2024.
In March 2024, students from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy visit Xi'an International University, where they had the chance to experience activities such as Tai Chi.

The students from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy continued their journey in China with CUSEF following their time in Beijing.

They were immersed in both the ancient and modern Xi’an, from the Terracotta Army to the Hi-tech Industries Development Zone.

The delegates also had the opportunity to visit Xi'an International University, where they had the chance to experience activities such as Tai Chi and Chinese calligraphy.

Next, they ventured to Shanghai, where they cruised on the Huangpu River enjoying the vibrance of the city, and visited the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, continuing their emphasis on fostering meaningful engagement.
