CUSEF was established in 2008 by Mr. Tung Chee-hwa, a global shipping leader and Hong Kong’s first Chief Executive (1997-2005). He believes in the power of China-U.S. cooperation to advance peace, prosperity, and human progress. CUSEF is guided by an eminent board of individuals from across business and academia, led by Mr. John Zhao, Dr. Victor Fung, and Mr. Andy Tung, and with an executive team headed by Mr. James Chau.
